• to give the proof of the agreement between the parties (contract or order confirmation or verbal agreement);
• to produce the invoices connected to the credit;
• to produce a notice of payment sent by the creditor.

In general the freezing order is one of the most efficient and effective ways to recover a credit in Eindhoven.

• Enforcement in Eindhoven:

In case our Lawyer receive a positive ruling or if they are in possession of a foreign ruling already final and binding, they may provide the enforcements on the assets of the debtor. We may enforce real estates, bank accounts, credits, salaries or any other good belonging to the debtor

•  Bankruptcy in Eindhoven:

In case the debtor located in Eindhoven is insolvent and has at least two unpaid creditors, our attorneys may file the request of Bankruptcy to the Court. In Netherlands both individuals and corporate entities may be declared bankrupt.
